Wide Width Slitting
We operate a re-rolling and slitting service for industrial fabrics in bulk rolls up to 6m wide, 1000kgs in weight and up to 1m in diameter. We can slit these into various widths, roll to roll or we can also do smaller length rolls which can be individually wrapped and labelled for retail use.

Heat Slitting - Multi Slitting – Crush Cut Slitting
We operate a multi slitting service for Industrial fabrics up to 2m wide and 750mm Diameter.

Sheeting and Panelling
We operate a sheeting service for Woven Polypropylene and Non woven industrial fabric. Roll width up to 2.25m wide and up to 80cm in diameter. Sheet length can be from 40cm to 10 mtrs; this is cut by a hot wire which seals the cut edge.

Damaged Cores
We operate a service to receive rolls that have crushed or damaged cores and re-roll them onto a new core, ready for resale or production use.

Printing
We offer a printing service.

Up to 2m wide, one colour, random repeat.

Up to 1.25m wide, four colour.

We offer a service of sewing panels together up to most widths and lengths in roll form.

We stock woven polypropylene fabric and can source nonwovens, coated woven polypropylene, polyethylene which can all be converted to your requirements.
